Velden History
The history of Velden is indeed colourful having started in 'Ted Heaths 3 Day Week' at the end of 1973 and famous for appearing in 2 series of BBC's "Troubleshooter" with the late great industry 'Guru' Sir John Harvey-Jones. Below is a summary of some of Velden's historical milestones.

| 1994 | Took part in North West World Class Manufacturing Programme Won Contract with Eaton France to Transfer Machines & Work |
| 1995 | Appeared on BBC's "Troubleshooter" with the late Sir John Harvey-Jones Achieved IIP Status |

| 2006 | Aquired Ronco Precision Engineering Ltd (Velden Engineering Group) Invested in CAD / CAM Software & Mitutoyo CNC CMM |
